Peaberry coffee is a naturally occurring mutation present in arabica and robusta coffee varieties where only one bean is present inside of the coffee cherry instead of two. Famous for its smooth flavor, complex aroma and rich body, this Brazil Peaberry is a flavorful variety boasting a nutty, sweet hazelnut with hints of raspberry. We like using this roast for espresso!
